5 Days 5 Ways - Printed Jeans

Just because you love to wear jeans doesn't mean you have to look the same every day. There are tons of hot trends for you to try to combat the basic-outfit blahs. An extension of the crazy, printed-pants trend (which I am still loving!), these statement-making bottoms are the ultimate companion to your fave white T-shirt, or, if you want to go bolder, another print up top. Just combine with caution! Ready to jazz up those baby blues (and whites and grays and pinks)? Just scoop up a pair of printed denim to give your wardrobe a quick and easy sartorial face-lift. Jeanius, I know!

There is no reason to sacrifice your style just to be comfy. You can find tons of different ways to style your scarf on YouTube to make each outfit personal. A fresh pair (or two or three of kicks) and a well fitting denim jacket are both underrated wardrobe staples. When picking denim, keep it simple stupid.

Adding touches of red makes this simple look, spicy. Try tucking in your tshirt to refine the look and frost your earrings for a little romance. I've had my black leather bomber for about 5 years, it is one of my all time favorite pieces.

My tops are usually just some version of a t-shirt. Right now I really like a nicely edited peplum t-shirt.

I love how pairing a well fitted blazer can add an air of sophistication to any look. My black blazer is similar to this, with touches of a tuxedo. Stay away from inexpensive blazers sold at teen stores - if it is cheap it looks cheap. Remember, things don't have to be expensive to look expensive. I found mine at an outlet on severe discount, and was thrilled. I've probably worn it with a million outfits in a million ways. It's especially great for traveling. Also, a red shoe and red leather belt are wardrobe staples. A simple touch that revs up a look. Don't be afraid to try different colors (imagine these shoes and belt in a cobalt blue) and pattern. Leopard is another pattern I think of as a staple. I would not hesitate to pair this same look with leopard shoes and a belt. Remember, when you're doing these unusual pairings, keep the rest of the look simple. Your fresh face, simple earrings, easy hair will make you look effortlessly chic and professional.

Pairing a simple v-neck with a statement pant is my go-to outfit, it's always on point Allowing the shoes to set the tone of an outfit makes it an easy transition from day to night. Here she wears some killer FMN pumps. Meow. I would accessorize with some layered bracelets (at least one in red), my gold pyramid stud earrings (to tie in the bag), and my PIC because I'll be looking for trouble.
